ADVANTAGES AND OUTSTANDING FEATURES
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF USE
GERRUI aluminum and bimetallic radiators are designed for central (including in highrise buildings) and standalone heating systems.
Both water and antifreeze are used as heat exchange media.
MATERIALS AND PRODUCTION METHOD
GERRUI aluminum radiators are made by the pressure casting method from aluminum alloy containing silicone and titanium additives to give the products added strength and corrosion resistance.
GERRU bimetallic sectional radiators combine the properties and strengths of two metals – steel and aluminum. A radiator section consists of two horizontal and one vertical collector made of high- quality steel and class ADC12 pressure poured aluminum alloy containing more than 98% aluminum.
The sections are assembled using anodized steel nipples and heat resistant silicone gaskets, which guarantees airtight connections between the sections.
The properties of the complex alloy steel prevent corrosion of the inner surface of the collector, regardless of the heat exchange medium used.
The collector’s performance data allow it to withstand the high pressure used by maintenance services at the start of the heating season.

RUST PROTECTION
The anti-rust coating on GERRUI radiators has high fluorine and zirconium contents for reliable protection of the inner surfaces of the radiator from the action of the heat exchange medium.
PAINTING
GERRUI radiator sections are painted in two stages: anode electroplating followed by white enamel powder in an electrostatic field. This painting method gives the radiator a sleek and elegant look, and preserves the product’s attractive appearance and luster throughout its service life.
SAFETY DESIGN
Radiator sections are have a rounded form without no sharp angles or edges, which allows the installation of GERRUI radiators in rooms with strict safety requirements, such as in kindergartens and schools.
